Genius Hour Update

Recently I got my materials needed and started to work on some recipes I found. My first attempt failed the sodium alginate didn't mix very well in the water therefore causing it to bunch and make blobs of jelly bobbing in the water.I am going to try again but mix it with a whisk because it sticks to the mixer. I am still looking for some more recipes.
