Genius Hour Update
For my genius hour project I am doing molecular gastronomy.Which if you don't know means its when you test the reaction of certain ingredients when cooking. Last week I looked up recipes and picked out some I liked. This week I haven't really started to make the recipes but I know I plan on making two of them.I did attempt to make a recipe called lemonade bubbles a while back but it failed I am pretty sure it's because in the recipe it called for a certain mixer and I did it by hand instead because I didn't have that certain mixer.Which took longer making the sodium alginate become a glob of jelly like substance.Which was not fun to clean off the utensils I was using afterwards.I plan on trying to make one either tonight or Tuesday when I have time.
