Recently I have attempted to make a molecular gastronomy recipe.....It completely failed.I'm thinking it was because I didn't use a mixer I did it by hand.I am still looking at recipes that are easier for me to do with the materials at home.Also I don't have the ingredients to create the recipes.I hope to get them in the future so I can try them again.By the way if you don't know what molecular gastronomy is it's when you test the reactions to ingredients when cooking.
This project sounds really cool!
