Coming to a Close... Almost...

Having finished the main animation over the break with Brice, we have moved onto touch ups. We will continue "perfecting" the final video as best we can, after this we will move onto adding in the background music and sound effects.

Genius Update 3-31-16

I will make a rocket to be propelled by the fuel. My rocket body will be a half liter bottle (Mrs. Furst's Mountain Dew.) I will probably use paper for a ballast. A ballast creates better stability in the rocket. I also need to make fins. I will use duct taped cardboard for the fins.

Today I am looking over my surveys and trying to finish my power point and I also am trying to finish  my G40

Programming with Python

Over the break I got several hours of programming. I am in the process of making hangman, but I have made a game where you have to choose the the right number with some creative text. Overall I have had lots of fun and hope to continue programming.

Welcome back to The Bee Movie!Last week, I wasn't at school, I was at the New York Trip. I won't be telling you how fun it was, I will discuss with you with what I done. Yay!

What I Have Done Over The Week:

Over Easter, I got a 50$ Visa card. (and put it all on my Steam account) I got the video game, "South Park: The Stick of Truth". I got lots of ideas with the weapons and armor. I will be adding some weapons like the "Over Powered Katana Of Death",This weapon will cost $15,000.ll I know it is very expensive, but I got the idea from a game made from the ideas by South Park.It will do 1,000 damage and set slowing on the enemy. The armor that I will be adding is the, "Armor of Sticks". This armor is made of pure sticks, and is weak to fire attacks. This armor adds 500 armor. (You start out with 100 Health and 0 Armor) This armor will cost $200.

What I Have Accomplished Over The Week:

Over Easter, I haven't accomplished much. I am working on my "MS. Paint Characters", and you can criticize me as much as you want for using MS. Paint. My characters are coming out great, as well as I keep using the same software, The game won't look weird. The title is almost done, and I made many changes to it overtime.

Conclusion:

So, The game is halfway complete, but it cannot be played. It is still in development and I am working hard to get it done. So far, I am working on the sprites for the models and the new ideas. The game play is not done yet, I gave up on the Game Maker software and I found something new and great to use. It is an amazing, Earthbound mod making software that Toby Fox used to create Undertale. Time to leave now, Thanks for reading all the stuff that I wrote. Bye!

My custom motorcycle helmet

 Sadly i wont be able to finish my drifting trike because setback and stuff. So now i am making a custom motorcycle  helmet. Its going to be a predator helmet! I all ready did the clay part and fiber class on model of  the helmet. all i need to do now is sanding, painting and putting the hair on the back. sadly there no back on the helmet cover because it would make it harder to fit the cover to the helmet.

Today I'm going to start on the tune and a few more chords for my song. Its actually starting to sound like a song so I will post a video of my progress next week. (probably) I am also thinking about learning the Undertale theme and House of Gold or The Judge by Twenty One Pilots. Any suggestions?

Basis of The New York Trip

If you didn't go on the New York trip well I have a surprise for you! I took as many videos and pictures as I could where I could. I respected the areas that I either knew I couldn't film and the place I thought I couldn't film. Here you go! Well I couldn't get most of my videos because they were to long, but here are all my pictures and two short videos. The videos have nothing to do with anything. Experiments and EOS?

I've been working with a couple of ingredients and have made four of the most coolest things possible. Nutella EOS, Cookie Dough EOS, Peppermint Hot Chocolate EOS, and Concealer EOS. I worked with coconut oil, plain white tealight candles, beeswax, pudding, nutella, and five empty EOS containers. I will have the Peppermint Hot Chocolate EOS and the Cookie Dough EOS, on me from now on. Off the topic of EOS. I finally got my Belarus cosplay! Woo! Hoo! I found a dress that I got on my vacation to the Bahamas last year that resembles Seychelles's dress. I have a backup dress for Allora. Everything is back on track . And for that more pictures! New Stuff... This and That... Um... Yeah....

So... Managed to already lose my phone. This means no new pictures. Sorry. I can't find it anywhere. Also can't go to the convention anymore. Whaaaa! (T_T) Still cosplaying at the Genius Festival or Fair. Whatever you want to call it. I will have more time to do some work with the PSSA's coming up. PSSA's mean no homework. But.... Just, Playing with Legos...

Having a shaky, barely made finish to our sixth battle, - Brice's phone died on us, R.I.P phone- we now move forward with our original plans of upgrading our competitors to give them a cooler look, more power (apparently), and a more function position giving them more movement capabilities. And, spring break approaching, we have decided to complete more outside of the scheduled G40's forty minutes. Keep you posted.

Genius Update 3-17-16

My project is to use plasma to propel an object. On Friday, I created more solid rocket fuel. On Tuesday, I added sugar-water to the fuel, to thicken it. On Wednesday, I packed the fuel into my "rocket." My rocket is a paper tube that is wrapped in duct tape. I will experiment with fuses, next.

Rocket

I am hoping to launch a rocket into the air on Wednesday. In my first three tests I had put the rocket on a long string in my yard. The rocket went pretty fast but I am wondering if it will have the thrust to go up into the air.

New Powers Unlocked

With the goal of finishing the first round fights in the tournament being completed, focus now moves onto the semi finals. In these upcoming battles, a new type of power is to be unlocked, as tested and put into the final draft of the fifth fight of the video. This new form of fighting is done with figures that more resemble action figures, having joints and a more human stature. This allows for a more natural look to the movements, and a way cooler finish.

Genius Update 3-10-16

On Friday, I mixed sugar water with the powder. On Monday, I looked at the powder and saw that the powder successfully became thicker. However, the sugar had crystallized on top. So, I had to smash the top before I used the powder. I placed the powder in a plastic bottle cap. Mr. Kizuka lit the powder, while Wolf recorded the reaction. The reaction melted the cap onto the rock.

So... Melted Soul's new blade. Making a new blade and acrylic painting it. I will finish the micro countries and Africa in my Hetalia book. I have found my phone! It was dead, but I found my phone! I can now add pictures of my work. Woo Hoo! I have been working on the comic book and I will have a video of the skit Allora and I are doing in April. Plus don't forget to check out my vine for updates on anything related to cosplay and tons of other stuff. We have a picture of my Belarus wig, Soul's new blade, Russia'S sink pipe, Pumpkin, and a little fan art of Belarus and Nyo Belarus I did in some free time.

Today Daniel and I finished our 5th fight, we both agreed that was the best fight so far. Daniel and I have been coming up with better ideas every class. I really looking forward to for when we are done. Daniel and I both believe this is going to be amazing and hope to do more in the future.

Golf Cart-Katie Fies- Blog 2

Update

So far I took the whole body of the golf cart. Now I am working on the lights in the front and the back. Right now it is at a shop getting it painted light blueish/grayish color. I picked that color because that color looked nice on the cart and it makes it unique. The closest thing to the color is shown below. I am very excited to see how the paint looks on the cart. My blog is really short because I am almost done with my project. I still need to get the lights working and connect the radio.

The Decagon. Named after (¯`·.¸¸.·´¯`·.¸¸.-> Lily Dang <-.¸¸.·´¯`·.¸¸.·´¯), My close friend who always works next to me. Now on to what I've been doing... (Oh, and if I do another vote, I'll put VOTE in the title.) The new enemy is indeed the... *Drum roll!* THE GOLF CART! You guys. You must really love golf, and weak opponents! The golf cart is slow and steady, going at his own pace. He likes to traverse the sand traps and grass areas of the golf course. He enjoys his days playing golf and yelling at teens storming by in there fast cars, degrading the environment to dust.

What I've Been Working On.

I am now working on Lily the Decagon. She is weak in health, but strong in attack. She will be the third or fourth character that you will meet in the game. I am considering to add Jerry to be one of her Cohorts, considering Aidan wanted Jerry so much I must just add Jerry in the game.

What I Got Done.

Some super secret Easter-eggs that you aren't aloud to hear about, more weapons like the sharpened stick for Aron, (That will increase his attack.) The Stone Shield, (This will increase your attack. If you give it to your allies, it will increase their defense.) and the Dull Dagger. (This will increase your attack and have the enemy sometimes suffer oil leakage which will slow it down. Remember, the enemies are cars.)

Conclusion:

Update

I am still going to physical therapy and I am still doing my exercises at home. This blog is really short because nothing has changed since last week. I am still going to therapy, still doing my exercises at home... etc. I found out that I cannot do track and I was so depressed and upset. My exercises will help me in the future of my athletic career. I try to stay positive during everything because that just makes you happy and feel better.

Genius Hour

So currently I am working on my boat. I have a model draft that I have completed. I am in the process of making another version that supports the bottom more and is bigger.

All My "Fun" Work!

Tonight I will spray paint half of Soul and finish Soul tomorrow. I will also Super glue Soul's new blade onto a new piece. This piece is used for attaching the blade to the staff. While Soul's new blade is drying I will add the touch ups to Pumpkin to finish. For the cosplay dresses I will do one of two things. I will order the dresses tonight or I will wait for the dresses to arrive because my dad already ordered them. I don't know if my dad ordered them. I will find out tonight weather my dad did so. Once again I say Russia's sink pipe is built and spray painted. So it is finished. Today will be the last day I look for my phone and iPad. I will look once a week every two weeks if I don't find them today. By the end of the week I hope to be able to work on the Nyotalia next week to finish. I hope Allora will finish the drawings for the book because I wish that for the Genius Fair I will have a finished book for everyone to look at. I also will have the chance to finish Allora's book. I need to order the supplies to do the faceup for the custom Pullip doll. I will also order a wig and clothes so that I can bring her. I will also in any free time I have I will work on sewing an outfit for my 21 in. Dollfie Dream. I hope to create a nice looking outfit to show off. I will not be selling the custom Pullip or the outfit for my Dollfie Dream. I have been working on my comic book/manga and this will be ready for the Genius Fair. Have Fun!~GirlieGamerGirls02

rocket

I set up a string for the rocket to run along and it was about 250 feet long. I made two rockets by mixing potassium nitrate and sugar and they burned very slow with almost no thrust. I made one rocket by baking the ingredients together and it worked very well. After most of the fuel was burned the rocket stopped, sat for a few seconds and shot forward about fifty feet.

So far i have been very successful with my genius hour project i fixed shaped and painted a snowboard got and cut out a skateboard and painted one too.

Drum Solo G40

My drum solo is almost ready now. There are some finishing touches i need to brush up on with Dr.Yingling when he has the time to go over it with me. Meanwhile, I am currently making a longboard for myself, with Mr. Kizuka's help.

Other Stuff

Hey everybody, I'm back with some exciting news! I finished Suu. One of my Monster Musume dolls. I might cancel the Monster Musume project because I am going to go into a different route. Instead of Barbies I will use Pullip dolls. They are dolls with larger heads and smaller bodies and you can buy the without faces to use for faceups. Also I got my new blade for Soul cut and I will spray paint him today and next week. I also had to find a new dress for Allora's cosplay as Seychelles. The dress went from $15 to $58. This happened because the dress I had on my computer got bought and it was the last one in stock. So we need to buy the two dresses like now or we won't be able to wear them at the convention. I also finished Heather's book cover. I had fun making it and it looks like I painted it, but I used markers. Yes, I did make the first picture. Have Fun!~GirlieGamerGirls

Half Way to the Finals

On a plan to create a tournament style fight between a couple Lego contenders, me and my partner have finished (as we believe to be) half of the fights to meet our quota for the video to be. Finishing battles 3 and 4 out of an 8 to be according to our set route of creating the fight segments. Editing being done where needed, battle stage backgrounds and background music to be added to the final product.

Today Daniel and I finished our sixth fight,  post finishing the sixth fight we are now half way done with our animation.
