slingshot, Clayton

So far  I cut the wood and then glued it together.
I then need to cut out my pattern on it and sand and finish it.

This is what the wood layers look when they are clamped with glue.

  2. Clay,

How do you plan on finishing it? Are you going to stain it?

I want to use as much natural grain color as possibly so I will probably just put either some kind of oil on it or polyurethane to make the grain come out and protect the wood without coloring the wood differently.
