Air Alert!
I will be getting an air alert program that will increase my vertical. It is a program than trains your leg muscles through repetitive jumping and doing multiple reps. It is a 16 week program with a rest week on week 8. My goal is to increase my vertical by 6" or more, which will allow me to reach the net.
