Finished second battle in fighting tournament, spent a big chunk of time editing video of already filmed content, having thoughts of putting in a Mortal Kombat or Street Fighter sound track within the fighting scenes.

I think the final product of this will be amazing, and I think the Mortal Combat theme will work nice, and so would Street Fighter.
