Cancer Caps

Abby Searfoss:
My genius hour project is making caps for kids with cancer. Today I went to different classes and asked how many people have family members with cancer. I am doing this because some people think that cancer is not an important thing and that its not something to worry about.

    Thank you for bringing awareness to other students. Cancer, unfortunately, affects most families at some point.

    Are you planning on making a post with your results of just how many seventh graders are impacted by this devastating illness? That might be helpful in bringing awareness to the cause.
