For my genius hour project I am doing molecular gastronomy. Which is when you test the chemical reaction of ingredients when cooking. Previously I made a recipe called surprise bubbles (A recipe that puts a clear coating around whatever you put in a sodium alginate bath) and it failed. I think it's because of the mixer I used.This week I am very busy with fundraisers for my team and my little sister has soccer so I don't really have time to make more nor the ingredients. I will try to make another recipe Thursday (tomorrow) but i'm not a 100% sure if it will happen.
